The terms of business set out below provides the basis on which Prime Meridian Overseas Properties Ltd (trading as DNG Kenny Kelleher), will provide business services to you as an individual client. You should read this section carefully. Should you have any queries we will be happy to deal with them. DNG Kenny Kelleher are regulated by the Financial Regulator.

Consumer Information

Description of Services
Prime Meridian Overseas Properties Ltd (trading as DNG Kenny Kelleher) arranges and provides advice in relation to mortgages.

Conflicts of Interest
Prime Meridian Overseas Properties Ltd (trading as DNG Kenny Kelleher) policy is to avoid any conflict of interest when providing business services to our clients, however, should an unavoidable conflict arise we will advise you of this in writing before we proceed to provide any business service.

Remuneration Policy
Prime Meridian Overseas Properties Ltd (trading as DNG Kenny Kelleher) may receive commission and other payments from product producers which accept policies proposed by you where applicable. Summary details of these payments will be included in a product disclosure document before a proposal for a product is completed by you and full details will be provided at product issue. Where a professional fee is payable for services, you will be notified in writing before any work is carried out, explaining how it will be calculated. In regard to arranging mortgages, DNG Kenny Kelleher receive commission of up to 1% from the mortgage provider.

Complaints
If you have a complaint in relation to the business services provided by Prime Meridian Overseas Properties Ltd (trading as DNG Kenny Kelleher), you should outline your complaint to the firm in writing. Your complaint will be fully investigated by our compliance officer Mr Patrick Kelleher and a response will be provided in writing to you within a reasonable time frame. We will provide you with a regular update while our investigation is ongoing. In the event that you are dissatisfied with the outcome of this investigation, you are entitled to refer this matter to either the Financial Services Ombudsman or the Pensions Ombudsman.

Data Protection
Prime Meridian Overseas Properties Ltd (trading as DNG Kenny Kelleher) will keep the information you provide about yourself and about third parties confidential. We may use it to provide and administer financial services products provided by us. We may pass the information, in confidence, to agents or service providers we have appointed or regulatory organisations as may be required for us to carry out a full and complete service as your financial adviser. We will process this information and store it on our computer and manual record systems.
